Sales and Return Policy

All orders are processed and billed out within three working days. All sales are final. There are no returns on completed orders.  All images come with Kodak's Promise of Excellence lifetime guarantee. If you find any defects in the images you receive from Joel Moses Photography, they will be replaced at no charge.

Please allow four to six weeks to receive your completed print order. We accept all major credit cards, check or money order. Please indicate your billing address when you are using a credit card for your purchase.

There will be a $12.00 shipping & handling charge and 8.25% sales tax added to all orders in the State of California. For shipments destined to other states, there will be no sales tax and the shipping charge will be adjusted accordingly.

Joel Moses Photography is not responsible for any incorrectly marked orders. Please be sure that you indicate the correct proof number along with the quantity desired. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact the studio at 408/297-1584.
