The person who books a photo session or places any order with our studio is responsible for all payments due and delivery of any proofed orders outstanding. All photo sessions require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date, which is then applied to your order.

All balances are due on the day of the photo session (unless otherwise stated). All print re-orders must be paid in advance. Please allow two weeks for delivery of any print re-orders or packages and 8-12 weeks for wedding album orders. Joel Moses Photography retains ownership and copyright of all original materials (unless otherwise stated and the right to display and use images for promotional purposes. Any photo sessions outside of the Santa Clara Valley are subject to 50¢ per mile travel charges. Should longer distances or overnight accommodations be required, time and expenses will be quoted in advance. Current California sales tax applies to all photographic orders and photo sessions.

All digital proofs or preview books (unless otherwise stated) are the sole property of Joel Moses Photography and are to be returned to us with your order. All commercial and portfolio jobs are based on the photographers day rate of $1200.00 plus materials. Half day rates are available as well as shorter times.

All photographic materials and expenses will be quoted at the time of client/photographer consultation.

The studio takes utmost care with respect to delivery of all photographic products and services ordered. However, if the studio fails to comply with the terms of any given contract due to any event or Act of God outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to the refund of all or any deposits received.
